MIMA HOUSING
MIMA HOUSING
The Mima House is a 36 sqm strong iconic-image house - a more didactic creation, comparable to a game. A house with internal moveable walls within a present grid. This first project having been a success, given its fun side of architecture.

The Mima Essential house resulting from a clearance exercise of the Mima House with the angular frame having been removed and the wooden structure left visible. This idea by Philippe Starck, and designed to be his personal home.

The Mima Light Unit is a prototype of a transportable module. It is sharp and clean as in a minimalist sculpture. The intention being a work of art and a home.
View Mima Light →MIMA MASS
The Mima Mass is a Mima Essential evolution although without the apparent wooden structure and a more solid look. With the ETICS cladding, the surface of the walls can be maximized, along with insulating the house.

Mimahousing emerged from the exercise of identifying the weaknesses inherent to traditional and modular construction, aiming to improve them and offer an architectural product capable of combining the best of the two types of construction. If, on the one hand, it allows a fully customizable architectural design and the solidity/constructive quality of the materials associated with traditional architecture, on the other hand, it allows to control the costs and construction times practiced in modular construction.
Ensuring architectural and constructive quality as a key priority.
Allow people to completely customize their homes.
Fair prices and cost estimates prepared quickly from the early stages of the project.
Sustainability ensured both through design and construction.
