This L-shaped house has a configuration that makes it particularly practical. The entrance takes place at the apex of the L, and to one side is the common living room and kitchen areas, and to the other arm of the L is the private area of the house, the room corridor. Both living room and bedrooms overlook the outdoor deck and pool area as well as the landscape. The concrete note in the living room area gives the house a sophisticated and interesting look.
